RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Western Safety. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable to any products that you purchased from us.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
Interpretation
Words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
• Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to WESTERN SAFETY PRODUCTS INC, 505 S Lander St, Seattle, WA 98134.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Western Safety, accessible at https://checkout.westernsafety.com.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You can request to cancel your Order within 30 days and before your Order ships, whichever comes first. Exclusions may apply (e.g., specialty-ordered items, made-to-order items, etc.).
To request a cancellation, please inform us by a clear written statement via email at sales@westernsafety.com.
If you don’t receive a response within two (2) working days of your email request, please call 206-264-0808, as your email may have landed in an unmonitored junk folder.
Pending a successful order cancellation, we will reimburse you no later than seven (7) business days from the day on which your Order was cancelled. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
• The Goods are in the original packaging.
• A final inspection and determination will be done by Us (or the manufacturer, if it’s a factory-direct return) before a refund is issued.
• You have been issued a Return Authorization (RA) by Us.
• Exclusions may prevent a return (e.g., specialty-ordered items, made-to-order items, etc.).
To request a return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA), please email sales@westernsafety.com with your order number and the reason for return.

NON-RETURNABLE GOODS
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or whose date of expiry is over.
• Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Goods classified as hazardous material.
• Goods which have been used and are no longer new or resalable.

GOODS WITH POSSIBLE RETURN RESTRICTIONS
The following Goods may have restrictions on returns:
• Items that are part of a kit, require factory assembly, or are made to order.
• Factory dropship orders.
If these items are returnable, they may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, in our sole discretion.

RETURNING GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Send the Goods to one of the following addresses (as specified on your Return Authorization):
• 505 S Lander St, Seattle, WA 98134
• Alternative address specified on the RA
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

GIFTS
• If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
