Designed to assist with the advancement and management of 1-3/4 and 2-1/2 in hoselines. Simply wrap the webbing around the hose and slip the webbing into the slot on the small aluminum hook. The larger aluminum handle works well with a gloved hand and allows for cradling over a ladder rung to assist with the weight of a charged line.
