Continuous flow respirators deliver a continuous supply of fresh air from a respirable Grade D air source or Ambient Air Breathing Apparatus. Halfmask and full facepiece models are available with or without a 73P P100 egress filter.

Half mask available in 3 sizes: small, medium and large
Full facepieces are available in rubber or silicone, with six-strap or Tite-Seal ratchet headgear for a snug, comfortable fit
Full facepiece lens is anti-fog and anti-scratch coated, while design directs air against lens to further reduce fogging
HEPA filter models feature check valve that automatically switches to air purifying mode when air supply is interrupted or hose disconnected
Inexpensive 73P P100 filter can also be used with 6000 series belt mounted PAPRs and 6000 series negative pressure air purifying full facepiece respirators

Pressure demand respirators deliver air only when the wearer inhales, so they conserve air volume and can be significantly more economical to operate than continuous flow models depending on air source. Willson pressure demand respirators offer a choice of face or belt mounted regulators that can be easily converted to P100 egress. Compact, high flow face mounted regulator provides unobstructed vision Face mounted regulator easily detaches from face piece to reduce decontamination time Simple, field serviceable belt mounted regulator on Airmaster model requires no calibration equipment so down time is minimized Optional 5-minute SCBA escape bottle (shown above) permits use of belt mounted regulator in confined space entry, IDLH or oxygen deficient atmospheres

Lightweight, loose fitting supplied air hoods increase wearer comfort by reducing the feeling of confinement that wearers may experience with tight fitting respirators. One size fits all, even wearers with beards, long sideburns, prescription spectacles or small faces - so you don't need to stock multiple facepiece sizes or worry about fit testing requirements. Plus, the hood protects the wearer's face, head, hair and neck from overspray, dust and other contaminants, allowing for easy clean up.

Willson Ambient Air Breathing Apparatus
Dalloz Safety offers a complete line of Willson Ambient Air Breathing Apparatus equipment to provide clean, breathable air from an outside source to continuous flow supplied air respirators and Willson 4000 series supplied air hoods. By eliminating the need for costly compressed air systems that are prone to oil, rust and scale contamination, these low pressure (15 psi), portable, low maintenance AABA units ensure that you can deliver respirable air to workers in contaminated environments reliably, efficiently and cost effectively.
Choose from a variety of electric models. All are shipped with "foamed-in-place" packaging to ensure that they arrive damage free and ready to perform. Convenient on / off switches are available on all models except single worker pumps.
Electric models are available in three motor designations:
Open Drip-Proof (OD) - designed for use in dry, clean areas.
Totally Enclosed (TE) - fan cooled and suited for high dust or splash prone areas.
Explosion Proof (EX) - meets UL and CSA standards for use in explosive atmospheres.

Specialty Pumps:
The air driven model is ideal for areas where electricity is not readily available. This air driven motor uses economical plant supplied compressed air.
The high pressure pump supplies air for up to 2 pressure demand respirators, which is especially useful for confined space applications.

Dalloz Safety offers a complete line of Willson Ambient Air Breathing Apparatus equipment to provide clean, breathable air from an outside source to continuous flow supplied air respirators and Willson 4000 series supplied air hoods. By eliminating the need for costly compressed air systems that are prone to oil, rust and scale contamination, these low pressure (15 psi), portable, low maintenance AABA units ensure that you can deliver respirable air to workers in contaminated environments reliably, efficiently and cost effectively. Choose from a variety of electric models. All are shipped with "foamed-in-place" packaging to ensure that they arrive damage free and ready to perform. Convenient on / off switches are available on all models except single worker pumps. Electric models are available in three motor designations: Open Drip-Proof (OD) - designed for use in dry, clean areas. Totally Enclosed (TE) - fan cooled and suited for high dust or splash prone areas. Explosion Proof (EX) - meets UL and CSA standards for use in explosive atmospheres. Specialty Pumps: The air driven model is ideal for areas where electricity is not readily available. This air driven motor uses economical plant supplied compressed air. The high pressure pump supplies air for up to 2 pressure demand respirators, which is especially useful for confined space applications.
