Manufacturer: Chemetall

Product Code: PR 303 LT-HD

Chemetall Aeroguard PR 303 LT-HD

Solvent based corrosion preventative, provides excellent humidity protection, outstanding water displacement properties, low viscosity for even coverage, excellent resistance to acid atmosphere

PRIMARY APPLICATION

Aeroguard PR 303 LT-HD is a unique corrosion preventative based on an inorganic-complex that is highly polar and forms an excellent bond to ferrous surfaces. This product will provide additional lubricity to phosphate surfaces. Use after electroplating, paint removal, cleaning or any other “wet” chemical process to prevent rust. Aeroguard PR 303 LT-HD can be used for long-term indoor and mid-term outdoor storage applications. Aeroguard PR 303 LT-HD deposits a thin, transparent, waxy film that will not interfere with machined tolerances and has low moisture transmission, even when in contact with water. This pliable film will not crack or age hardens. Aeroguard PR 303 LT-HD has a low viscosity, which provides good penetration and drainage.
