| Top and bottom layers of FineFiber are built of densely woven small diameter strands of fiber to increase surface area, enabling the mat to grip the floor and secure it for safe walking. A 3-ply construction with a layer of meltblown polypropylene ultrasonically sandwiched between two FineFiber layers makes this mat virtually indestructible to foot traffic. A random assembly of large diameter melt blown polypropylene fibers creates a high loft inner layer that sorbs up to 38 ounces per 17" X 19" pad and 60.5 gallons per 144 foot roll. Rolls are perforated every 9.5" vertically and every 17" horizontally. Pads are perforated vertically at 9.5". Use only what you need. Grunge-hiding gray for universal applications or bright white for oil only sorbency. |

| Control Oversprays and Spills Twin bonded layers of meltblown polypropylene create high surface area enabling the mat to suck up liquid quickly – great for overspray areas and indoor spills. A twin layered random assembly of large diameter meltblown polypropylene fibers creates a high loft inner layer allowing it to sorb up to 36 ounces per 17" X 19" pad and 57.5 gallons per 144 foot roll. Ultrasonic weld points fuse the layers of meltblown polypropylene together – will keep its shape even when fully saturated. Resilient, bounce back polypropylene fibers are "air laid" between two layers of tough spunbond, making it ideal for fitting in tight spots or wrapping around pipes. Inner layer of air filled polypropylene fibers creates uniform pockets of air space that sorb and hold liquids. Sorbs up to 45 ounces per 17" X 19" pad and 71.8 gallons per 144 foot roll. Ultrasonic bonding of two abrasion resistant spunbond layers around loose fibers gives the mat added strength for everyday use. Rolls are perforated vertically at 19" and horizontally every 17". | Tear Resistant – Outlasts Standard Mats Outer layers of tough skinned heavyweight spunbond material resists abrasions and tears. Can withstand rough handling and won't tear apart when pulled or positioned under equipment. Melt blown inner layer draws and holds liquids from outer layers. Traps ugly grunge inside and leaves the mat looking good on the outside. Stays on the job longer to save you money. Outer spunbond layers are constructed of continuous strands of polypropylene fiber interwoven to virtually eliminate fibers from becoming detached and contaminating equipment, tools or parts. Rolls are perforated every 9.5" vertically. Use only what you need and save money. Multilaminate pads and rolls are available in two weights and three sizes. | Loose stacked-weave construction increases surface area on spill. Starts sorbing on contact – saves time in critical situations. Melt blown polypropylene fibers are left in their natural hydrophobic state. These hydrophobic fibers repel water (and float) while only sorbing oils and other hydrocarbons. Large diameter meltblown polypropylene fibers are randomly assembled to create a high loft mat – allowing it to sorb up to 77 gallons per roll. Bright white color makes it easy to see when it is completely saturated. Grunge can't hide on white. Easy to see when it is fully saturated – save money by not throwing it away too soon.
