This heavy duty red poly clipboard allows lockout information and essentials to be conveniently carried directly to lockkout sites. Procedures can be displayed there for proper safety and supervision by using the included clipboard hanging loop. Lockout Safety Tips are pemanently screened onto the back of the clipboard for constant safety reminders. Procedure forms and equipment not included.

Includes complete LKX, rack and sign. A perfectly convenient place to store your lockout - tagout kit. No more trying to locate your lockout kit when you need it. The 10" x 14" yellow polystyrene sign and heavy duty 6 gauge steel rack attaches to the wall (mounting hardware included). Provides a visual reminder as well. Rack measures 12" x 7" and is specifically designed for the LKX lockout kit.
