Shock absorbing lanyard

A great alternative to providing overhead anchorage is to take the equipment up to the anchor. It's simple when you use a Shepherd's Hook attached to an extension pole. The hook is lifted to the anchor with the pole and secured. A rope grab and lifeline or lightweight Dura Lite self­retracting lifeline provide the connection to the full body harness.
