Suretyman™ Pulleys

The Suretyman line of Pulleys have been designed to meet the rigorous standards of the professional rescuer. Attention to detail such as high grade aluminum side plates and sheaves, oilite bearings, stainless steel bolts, washers and lock nuts make these some of the best pulleys available. The aluminum side plates swivel and rotate to allow the pulley to be attached anywhere along the rope. The top holes of the side plates are large enough to accept 3 carabiners. We have standardized the Prusik design (squared corners of the side plates) to provide rope security with a Prusik hitch. Pulleys accept 3/8" (1 cm) to 1/2" (1.3 cm) static kernmantle ropes. Side plates are powder coated. Strength: 2" (5 cm) single or double 8,100 lbs. (36 kN); 4" single or double 11,200 lbs. (49 kN).

Suretyman™ Edge Roller

The Suretyman Edge Roller is the best way to protect your rope from sharp edges and reduce rope friction. The edge roller has the same high quality construction as our rescue pulleys. The 6" X 10" (15.3 cm X 24.4 cm) base is rubber coated to reduce slippage. The bottom and side plate feature attachment holes for eas of security in any situation. MSA's Rescue Ladder has synthetic rope with reinforced fiberglass rungs. Applications include confined space access, theatrical stage rigging, mine access, and many others. Our steel cable ladder meets and exceeds the ESTA ladder standard for stage work and theatrical rigging.

These ropes are 100% permanent solution dyed color with contrasting marker stripe. Superior flexibility and knotability, provided by a unique double twist cable core construction, gives superior resistance to abrasion that is up to four times greater than other static kernmantle ropes. These ropes are designed with load absorbing capabilities to provide additional safety in the event a dynamic force is applied.

7/16" and 1/2" ropes listed above will meet NFPA standards with the addition of the Rope Identification System. This system consists of a special label that carries all necessary NFPA information and a serial number. The serial number is attached to the rope by a shrink wrap. The shrink wrapped serial number provides traceability if the label is ever lost, so a new label can be issued. The Rope Identification System must be ordered with the rope. Please specifiy these part numbers with your rope order if you require a rope that meets the NFPA standard.

Prusik cords have the same high quality and long wear design as rescue ropes. Size selection should be based upon the diameter of the main line. The flexible cord is both strong and highly resistant to abrasion. Prusik cords and accessory cords are identical.

Rope Storage Bags are made of tough Cordura nylon fabric. Features include a drawstring top, handle / shoulder strap, and carabiner loops at top and bottom. In the bottom of the bag there is an inside loop for the end of the rope, or it can pass through the bottom grommet. Available in orange and black colors.
