Advantage 1000 Respirator
The Advantage 200 Respirator is unlike any other half mask respirator. Offering unmatched fit and comfort, it is the first respirator to feature MSA's patented MultiFlix® System, a soft, pliable combination of rubber and plastic that provides a customized fit. The result is a respirator that feels great on any face because it works to remove the pressure points from the face seal area. At the same time, the MultiFlex® System delivers exceptional stability which means the Advantage 200 respirator won't collapse during wear.

The MultiFlex® System also includes the AnthroCurve™ Sealing Surface, which equalizes pressure on the face seal area, thereby eliminating unwelcome pressure points. This design results in an effective sealing surface that instantly conforms to the wearer's unique facial characteristics.

Advantage cartridges are compatible with 42 CFR 84 NIOSH approved Advantage 200 and Advantage 1000 Respirators.

Part No. 809999

Allows use of Comfo Cartridges on Advantage 200 and Advantage 1000 respirators.

The Advantage 1000 Full Face Respirator features a wraparound flexible lens that offers excellent fit and comfort with increased vision. It weighs 40% less than conventional full face respirators and uses the same cartridges as the Advantage 200 half mask respirator.

The Advantage 1000 respirator is constructed of super soft Hycar (nitrile rubber) that provides the feel and comfort of silicone but has better permeation resistance. The facepiece, which is available in three sizes, has a unique inturned lip seal that provides an exceptional seal against a wide range of facial contours. The Advantage 1000 facepiece also features a distinctive, flexible urethane lens that is integrally bonded to the facepiece, eliminating the need for rigid lens retainers that can cause unwanted pressure points.

Standard equipment includes a speaking diaphragm, for clear, short range communications, and a nose cup to reduce lens fogging in low temperature of high humidity conditions.

MSA Advantage 3000 Full Facepiece Respirator

The Advantage 3000 Full-Face Respirator incorporates MSA's global engineering expertise and is designed to meet NIOSH and EN standards.
The respirator features a wraparound lens combined with a soft, pliable silicone facepiece that provides a total solution to your air-purifying respirator needs.
Its fit technology is based on the proven faceseal of the Ultra Elite Facepiece, which was based on facial measurements from more than B,OOO people.
For the utmost in convenience, the Advantage 3000 uses the same cartridges and filters as the Advantage 200 LS Respirator.
The Advantage 3000 Respirator enhances worker performance through a new design that allows even lower breathing resistance and includes a standard nosecup that reduces fogging in low temperatures or high humidity conditions.
In addition, the facepiece lens has a scratch resistant coating and has been engineered to be optically correct, giving you superior visibility and peripheral vision. The Advantage 3000 Respirator meets all performance requirements of ANSI ZB7.1.2003 (protective eye and face protection).
Donning the mask is made easier with pre-adjustable rubber straps. With the Advantage 3000 Respirator, you can set the position of the upper straps to receive a consistent fit, time after time. In addition, the preset upper straps prevent uncomfortable snags during donning and doffing, and also provide a tighter, more secure seal. WARNING!
An appropriate cartridge change-out schedule must be developed by a qualified professional unless the cartridge / canister utilizes an end-of-service-life indicator. The change-out schedule must take into account all factors that may influence respiratory protection including specific work practices and other conditions unique to the worker's environment. If using against substances having poor warning properties, there is no secondary means of knowing when to replace the cartridges/canister. In such cases, take appropriate additional precautions to prevent overexposure, which may include a more conservative change-out schedule or using an air-supplied respirator or SCBA. Failure to follow this warning can result in serious personal injury or death. As a reference, below is a partial list of substances having poor warning properties.
Acrolein Hydrogen Cyanide Nitric Acid Phosphorous Trichloride
Aniline Hydrogen Selenide Nitro Compounds (below) Stibine
Arsine Methanol Nitrogen Oxides Sulfur Chloride
Bromine Methyl Bromide Nitroglycerin Urethane or other Diisocyanate containing paints
Carbon Monoxide Methyl Chloride Nitromethane Vinyl Chloride
Diisocyanates Methylene Chloride Phosgene
