| The Advantage 200 Respirator is unlike any other half mask respirator. Offering unmatched fit and comfort, it is the first respirator to feature MSA's patented MultiFlix® System, a soft, pliable combination of rubber and plastic that provides a customized fit. The result is a respirator that feels great on any face because it works to remove the pressure points from the face seal area. At the same time, the MultiFlex® System delivers exceptional stability which means the Advantage 200 respirator won't collapse during wear.
The MultiFlex® System also includes the AnthroCurve Sealing Surface, which equalizes pressure on the face seal area, thereby eliminating unwelcome pressure points. This design results in an effective sealing surface that instantly conforms to the wearer's unique facial characteristics. Advantage cartridges are compatible with 42 CFR 84 NIOSH approved Advantage 200 and Advantage 1000 Respirators. |
Part No. 809999
Allows use of Comfo Cartridges on Advantage 200 and Advantage 1000 respirators. |
The Advantage 1000 Full Face Respirator features a wraparound flexible lens that offers excellent fit and comfort with increased vision. It weighs 40% less than conventional full face respirators and uses the same cartridges as the Advantage 200 half mask respirator.
The Advantage 1000 respirator is constructed of super soft Hycar (nitrile rubber) that provides the feel and comfort of silicone but has better permeation resistance. The facepiece, which is available in three sizes, has a unique inturned lip seal that provides an exceptional seal against a wide range of facial contours. The Advantage 1000 facepiece also features a distinctive, flexible urethane lens that is integrally bonded to the facepiece, eliminating the need for rigid lens retainers that can cause unwanted pressure points. Standard equipment includes a speaking diaphragm, for clear, short range communications, and a nose cup to reduce lens fogging in low temperature of high humidity conditions. |

| The new Advantage 4000 Twin Port Full-Face Respirator raises the performance of industrial full-facepiece respirators to a new level. Based on the Advantage 3000 Facepiece, the respirator features a wraparound lens combined with a soft, pliable Hycar or silicone facepiece that provides a total solution to your air-purifying needs. Its fit technology is based on the proven face seal of the Ultra Elite Facepiece. For the utmost in convenience, the Advantage 4000 uses the same cartridges and filters as the Advantage 200 LS and Advantage 3000 Respirator. In addition, the facepiece lens has scratch-resistant coating and has been engineered to be optically correct, giving you superior visibility and peripheral vision. The Advantage 4200 Respirator also meets the performance requirements of ANSI ZB7.1.2003. The Advantage 4000 Respirator enhances worker performance through a new design that allows low breathing resistance and includes a standard nosecup that reduces fogging in low temperatures or high humidity conditions. Options include spectacle kits for corrective lenses, cover lens and welders adapter. Donning the mask is made easier with a comfortable net-type harness with a four-point adjustable suspension. Wearers also can choose pre-adjustable rubber straps. |

These low-profile, flexible pads will fit well under a welding hood and with other personal protective equipment. The offer great balance and weight distribution for maintaining a good face seal, while their swept back design provides improved vision and comfort. In addition, their multi-layer composite construction gives them better durability and spark resistance. Finger tabs provide easy installation and prevent possible filter damage
Flexi-Filter pads are available in a wide range of filter classes and efficiencies. The P100 classification is for high efficiency protection against oil and non-oil containing hazards or hazard specific standards requiring HEPA filters such as OSHA's Lead and Asbestos standards. |

| WARNING! | |||
| An appropriate cartridge change-out schedule must be developed by a qualified professional unless the cartridge / canister utilizes an end-of-service-life indicator. The change-out schedule must take into account all factors that may influence respiratory protection including specific work practices and other conditions unique to the worker's environment. If using against substances having poor warning properties, there is no secondary means of knowing when to replace the cartridges/canister. In such cases, take appropriate additional precautions to prevent overexposure, which may include a more conservative change-out schedule or using an air-supplied respirator or SCBA. Failure to follow this warning can result in serious personal injury or death. As a reference, below is a partial list of substances having poor warning properties. | |||
