Remote Alarms
The remote alarm gives added audible alarm capability to many MSA portable gas monitors (listed below). An alarm condition triggers both the remote alarm and the gas monitor's alarm. In addition, two red LEDs on the Remote Alarm will light. The alarm is for workers wearing hearing protection or to alert standby personnel outside a confined space. Two versions are available: 90 decibel where hearing protectors are not worn, and 105 decibel if hearing protectors are being worn. Operates on one 9 volt alkaline battery.
