All X829 Series vacuums are equipped with a COPOLM® (Copoly Laminated Media) H.E.P.A. filter that is 99.7% efficient at 0.3 microns. Minuteman filters are more resistant to puncture, tears, leaks, abrasions and damage from moisture. EXCLUSIVE FEATURE Patented Microswitch. Minuteman's H.E.P.A. filter features a patented safety interlock system with a unique microswitch. mounted internally, the H.E.P.A. filter protects both the operator and the motor from contamination and prevents damage to the H.E.P.A. filter while the machine is being transported. When operated, if the H.E.P.A. filter is not properly aligned and in place, the vacuum will not start, protecting both the operator and the environment. The tiny microswitch is activated only when this alignment is achieved. EXCLUSIVE FEATURE

Patented Microswitch.

Minuteman's H.E.P.A. filter features a patented safety interlock system with a unique microswitch. mounted internally, the H.E.P.A. filter protects both the operator and the motor from contamination and prevents damage to the H.E.P.A. filter while the machine is being transported. When operated, if the H.E.P.A. filter is not properly aligned and in place, the vacuum will not start, protecting both the operator and the environment. The Minuteman X839 H.E.P.A. vacuum series is available with polyethylene, stainless steel or painted tanks to best suit your needs. This series is easy and economical to use. The Tanks: standard as dry only units, all 15, 20, 30 and 55 gallon vacuums have wet/dry recovery capabilities with an optional 1:1 adapter and water shut off. The 30 and 55 gallon vacs are equipped with a painted tank, dolly and handle for easy maneuverability. The Lid Assemblies: Three separate vacuum motor assemblies, with waterlifts of 85", 105" and 130" can be matched to six tanks to customize the units. Snap clamps hold lid securely to tank Automatic liquid or foam shut off Seamless, molded linear polyethylene tank, non-corrosive 8" semi-pneumatic rear wheels and front swivel casters Optional wet conversion features perforated polyethylene screen to prevent debris from reaching filters (liquid shut off assembly is optional with wet/dry filter). This 55 gallon unit comes standard with lid assembly, including liquid shutoff for wet applications, an all steel dolly with 5" conductive wheels for easy transporting and an explosion proof tool kit. The Flammable Liquid Recovery air-operated vacuum creates high air flow and high static lift for recovering large amounts of liquid debris quickly and safely. This vacuum is ideal for applications where electricity is not available. This machine is air operated with no moving parts, simplifying maintenance. Minuteman's H.E.P.A. Back Pack Vacuum is lightweight and versatile; it can go virtually anywhere. Lightweight and portable combined with H.E.P.A. filtration, this is a very versatile vacuum. This critical filter vacuum is ideal for use in applications where there is a need to remove hazardous materials while preventing it's escape into the environment. High productivity, precision and ergonomics combined with HEPA filtration make Minuteman's HEPA back pack vacuum the ultimate in safe and efficient cleanup. The H.E.P.A. BPV features an ergonomic design that produces less operator fatigue than the lightest upright and offers wide padded shoulder and waist straps which adjust to any size user. Lightweight is important; however, the proper distribution of weight makes the machine feel even lighter during operation. This unit rests on the operator's hip to eliminate any discomfort to the shoulders or strain on the back. To aid in movement, the HEPA BPV includes a 50 foot power cord with heavy duty cord restraints, five foot hose, telescopic wand and easy-roll floor tool.
