| Lad-Saf Flexible Cable Ladder Safety System The Lad-Saf shock absorbing design uses an elastomeric impact attenuator to reduce the forces imposed on the ladder structure. The swiveling Lad-Saf sleeve prevents falls by locking onto the cable. It is easily attached or removed anywhere along the cable and automatically follow as you climb or descend. Easily install the Lad-Saf system with standard wrenches. The unique built in tension tells you precisely when the system is at the proper tension. System is galvanized for a maintenance free life. For harsh environments, use the complete stainless steel system. Non-metallic cable guides reduce cable wear, permitting you to ascend or descend unhindered. They also protect both the Lad-Saf system and the climbing structure. |
Designed specifically for use inside water towers. Self retracting lifeline attaches to user for fall protection during ascent/descent of tower's internal ladder system | |
| With DBI/SALA's Lad-Saf flexible cable ladder safety systems, you are always assured of complete safety and security when climbing fixed ladders on poles, towers, tanks, etc. Every system is engineered to your specific requirements while meeting or exceeding OSHA and ANSI standards. The shock absorbing top bracket and tension indicating bottom bracket serve as the anchors for the steel cable which runs the length of the climbing area. Non-metallic cable guides reduce cable wear, permitting you to ascend or descend unhindered. The economical, easy to use systems are available for straight or curved ladders and for connection to wood, concrete or steel structures. | ||

| 1224005 This rope adjuster (shown above) with an attached 3 ft. shock absorbing lanyard is ideal for restraint or work positioning, as the grab stays locked in place once positioned. By compressing the rope adjuster forward, the worker can slide the device along the lifeline until he or she has reached their work position. Release the rope adjuster and it locks onto the lifeline providing fall protection to the worker attached.

The image that often comes to mind when discussing fall protection is a worker using a full body harness connected to an anchor point with a lanyard; a Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS). The PFAS is actually one of the later choices in a comprehensive fall protection program. The first step should be an attempt to eliminate the fall hazard completely. This may be accomplished with a modification to the job discription, work process and/or work area to eliminate the need to work at height. The next step is to use fall prevention systems such as DBI/SALA's Portable Guard Rail system. This system acts as a barrier that prevents personnel from falling to lower levels, thus eliminating the fall hazard. Where suitable, they protect the greatest number of employees with little or no training, no special maintenance and no special gear. 7900000: 6' Guard Rail Section, 42" high, one base |

| The Sayfline Tandem Pulley was designed for use as an anchorage connector on 3/8" to 1/2" horizontal lifeline cables as an attachment point for self retracting lifelines. It was designed to replace the metal O-ring or direct carabiner attachment method, which when used with self retracting lifelines can hinder movement of the device on the cable. The pulley facilitates smoother movement of the device along the cable, adding to cable life and decreasing unexpected stops and jerks. |

| Readily accessible and easy to use, the DBI/SALA Davit Arm is a modular system that fits completely into two bags. No piece is longer than 4 feet, allowing for easy storage in a vehicle locker. The bags are light enough for two men to carry to the entry hole and assemble in less than 5 minutes. The Davit Rescue System is constructed of anodized aluminum, zinc coated steel and stainless steel to maximize strength, minimize weight and resist corrosion. Computer aided design and analysis eliminates unecessary bulk by taking advantage of the newest manufacturing techniques. The system is widely adaptable. The mast and boom readily adapt to interchangeable bases, providing an efficient mix-and-match system. The arm rotates 120º and locks into place, allowing for easier access and removal of personnel. The arm's reach can be adjusted to 12, 18 or 24" to keep the lifeline centered over the opening and for additional clearance. |

Patented design allows for 19" of working line to pass through the descender over a large radius. This design offers less wear to the working line, reduction in rope hockling and torsional twist. 304 stainless steel was chosen due to its durability and high thermal capacity, thus reducing the temperature increase of a unit during descent. |

| 8902004 Rollgliss Rope Rescue System Rollgliss® Rescue System The Rollgliss System is a versatile and efficient state-of-the-art modular ascending and descending rope rescue system that sets new standards in safety and rescue. With a Rollgliss system, it takes just a moment to change the hauling ratio, giving you more time to save more lives. Meets OSHA and ANSI standards.
|
3304001 Rollgliss Self Rescue Device for Bucket Trucks Easy installation - simply connect the snap hook on the descent device to a suitable anchorage that can meet a load of 1,500 lbs. Once anchored, the sling is placed under the arms and the legs are placed through each conveniently labeled sling (if wearing a harness, connect the snap hook to the front D-ring). The small bag with the lifeline webbing is then thrown over the edge; user is then able to descend. Hand lever can be adjusted up or down to control descent speed. In addition, the system can be used by two workers in an assisted descent situation
