This customized SINCO™ netting was specifically developed and stringently tested for conveyor guard applications. It is a simple falling-objects solution to protect both the in-transit item as well as personnel working around the conveyor. The flexibility of our conveyor guards can protect virtually any conveyor configuration as depicted below. SINCO™ conveyor guard netting keeps things moving safely and efficiently.

Box-Shaped - Provides protection on the sides and underneath overhead conveyors and with single or multiple conveyors or monorails.

L-Shaped - Designed for conveyor applications that run next to walls. These are supported by cable or angles that run along the overhead supports and are secured onto the wall behind the conveyor.

Side - Used when protection is needed on the sides of conveyors but not underneath. These guards are placed flush to the conveyor without offsetting.

Catenary Curve - Used in special applications where other system layouts are not possible, with design considerations carefully reviewed by Capital Safety.

Horizontal - Used under or between multiple overhead conveyors or elevated work platforms and mezzanines. (Not designed to protect falling personnel.)

90 and 180 Degree Turns - Provides protection on the sides and underneath overhead conveyors that include 90 and 180 degree turns.

Split Turn - Designed for applications where twist and turns are used to transfer product.

Liners for Retaining Small Parts - Small mesh liners can be provided to catch nuts, bolts, washers and other small items to 1/8" (3.2 mm). Liners are normally used in combination with standard SINCO™ mesh.

Networks Prepackaged Conveyor guard systems provide an easy ordering solution when configuring your application.
Black nylon netting has a load rating of 1,000 lbs (454 kgs) and is available in sizes from 3' - 9' (.91 m - 2.74 m) Wand 25' - 50' (7.62 m - 15.24 m) L. The netting is fire retardant and meets NFPA 701 standards and can be joined for extended dimensions. Complete hardware kits for Box-Shaped or Side Guard are available depending on your specific application making installation quick and easy.

How To Order:
For each run of conveyor, choose net panels and hardware from pre-packaged kits (see tables below).

Nets

• Choose the net panel width closest to your requirement and the quantity of panels necessary to cover the length of the conveyor run

Hardware*

• Choose the number of either Box-Shaped or Side Guard Kits according to your total coverage area. Each kit includes a sufficient amount of hardware for up to a 50' (15.24 m) length

Example: 100' (30.48 m) long conveyor with 700 Ib (318 kg) product capacity and covering 3' (.91 m) underneath and up 2-1/2' (.76 m) on each side would require:

• (2) Nets, Model #130 Net Part Number 4100015,9' (274 m) wide x 50' (15.24 m) long
• (2) Box Shaped Guard Kits Part Number 4100020

In this case, attach nets together with nylon ties to create the 100' (30.48 m) length. Twelve meshes along one long side of each net would be gathered to create the coverage needed.
