Benefits Of Our Netting Systems

  • Increased Productivity - SINCO™ net systems protect personnel and products from damage and downtime for peak productivity.
  • Better Product Protection - SINCO™ mesh better distributes shock from the point of impact to stop or control product fall.
  • Improved Personnel Protection - Wherever people work, walk or drive below a loaded pallet rack or a conveyor belt, net systems protect them from falling products for fewer injury claims and work interruptions.
  • Better Economy - SINCO™ nets install more quicklyand for as little as half the cost of other productsbecause they are lightweight, require less structural support and place less stress on the system.

Rack Guard Applications

Customized rack guard netting systems protect employees and products with SINCO™ nylon mesh developed and tested specifically for rack guarding applications. Our safety rated systems provide everything you need for the applications depicted below, including nets and all mounting hardware.
Rack Guard Applications

  • Flush-Mounted (with or without Extension) - When there is no pallet or overhanging load, netting attaches to the back of the rack utilizing safety ties, snap hooks or cable. An optional extension system protects items on the top load beam.
  • Offset (with or without Extension) - When there is a pallet or overhanging load, offset guarding attaches to the back of the rack. An optional extension system protects items stored on the top load beam.
  • Mezzanine - Placed around a mezzanine perimeter, SINCO™ mesh protects both stored products and the employees below.
  • Inventory Control and Shelf Backing - Used as a physical barrier to separate individual pieces of inventory as well as those with high unit values. The guarding attaches between back-to-back racks and bays.
  • Flow Racks - Ideal for use when workers are exposed to a fall hazard while picking inventory above flow racks. This netting system can provide a cost effective means of fall protection without restricting workers.
  • Storage Security - These netting systems deter pilfering or unauthorized access to valuable inventory.
  • Storage Partition - This guard attaches to cables between two load-bearing structural members for easy storage partitioning.

Networks™ Pre-Packaged Netting Systems

Networks™ Pre-Packaged Netting Systems These systems have been designed to incorporate off-the-shelf convenience with the flexibility of custom designs. The products designated in this offering have been carefully selected to provide solutions to a majority of rack and conveyor applications. The superior quality of the SINCO™ nylon netting material and unique hardware components allow you to quickly solve most material containment issues.
Features You Depend On

  • Long System Life - 100% nylon nets are engineered to survive most environments and won't corrode, rust, peel, rot or dent.
  • Ease of Handling and Installation - "Ready-to-install" systems of flexible nylon are easier to handle than stiff, cumbersome steel or wood products and won't cut or scrape personnel.
  • Fire-Retardant, Dyeing and Special Treatments - Fire retardant, dyeing and UV-treatments are available for special indoor and outdoor applications. Nets are also washable and can even be steam-cleaned.

Safety Rated Net Systems
Safety Rated Nylon Netting

Features:

  • Grey nylon netting in 2,500 Ib (1134 kg) or 4,000 Ib (1814 kg) load rating
  • Net sizes range from 9' 4/1 to 25' (2.84 m - 7.62 m) wide and 12' to 20' (3.65 m - 6.09 m) high
  • Nets can be joined for extended dimensions
  • Nets can be rotated to fit multiple orientations
  • Complete hardware kits for quick and easy installation
  • Available for flush or offset applications
  • Vertical extensions available
  • Fire retardant nets also meet NFPA 701 standards

How To Order:
For each run of racking, choose net panels and hardware from pre-packaged kits (see tables below).

Nets

  • Choose appropriate rated model (#245 or #480) based on pallet weight
  • Determine the width of your net panel by adding the inside clearance of one to three bays plus the internal uprights of the area
  • Determine the height of coverage required
  • Choose the net panel closest to the calculated requirement, choosing one equal to or larger than your requirement

Hardware*

  • Determine whether you require a Flush Mount or Offset Mount system
  • The first net panel in your run requires either a Flush or Offset Mount Starter Kit
  • Each additional net panel requires the appropriate Flush or Offset Mount Add-On Kit
  • If your uprights require extensions, choose either the Flush or Offset Extension Starter Kit for the first net panel. Each additional panel will require an additional Add-On Kit

Example: For a rack that is 6 Bays wide, with 99/1 (2515 mm) centers and 6/1 (152 mm) offsets by 10' (3.05 m) high, containing pallets with a load of 2,500 Ib (1134 kg), the racking would require the following:

  • (2) Nets, Model #245 Net Part Number 4101555, 25' (7.62 m) wide x 12' (3.66 m) high
  • (1) Offset Mount Starter Kit, Part Number 4101506 and (1) Add-On Part Number 4101505

In this case, each net would cover 3 bays wide. Two meshes in width and approximately 12 meshes in height would be gathered on each net to create the coverage needed.
