These systems have been designed to incorporate off-the-shelf convenience with the flexibility of custom I designs. The products designated in this offering have been carefully selected to provide solutions to a majority of back of rack and conveyor applications. The superior quality of the nylon netting material and the unique SINCO hardware components allow you to quickly solve most material containment issues.

Pre-Engineered
SINCO can customize your guard system to your requirements with adaptable attachments. It can be used in virtually all installation designs, including conveyors with 90-degree and 180-degree turns.

Fire-Retardant. Dyeing and Special Treatments
For indoor use, the mesh is fire retardant treated and can be used in most plant and warehouse applications. For outdoor use, the mesh is treated for UV protection. The nets are washable and can even be steam-cleaned. All hardware components are galvanized. SINCO guards can be permadyed in several different colors.

SINCO has over 100 years experience in the netting business. We offer tested and rated safety nets for Construction and Industrial applications, as well as Amusements and Theme/Attractions. Our only limitation is your imagination.

SINCO nylon mesh developed and tested specifically for rack guarding applications, unlike steel mesh, wood, or fencing materials designed for different applications. Our Safety Rated Systems provide everything you need for the applications depicted below, including guards and all mounting hardware.

Flush-Mounted Rack Guard (with or without Extension)
Flush-mounting is used when there is no pallet or load overhang. It is also ideal for racks hold­ing numerous small boxes. Guarding is attached to the back of the rack utilizing our safety ties or snap hooks and cable. An optional extension system offers protection to items stored on the top load beam.

Offset Rack Guard (with or without Extension)
Offset mounting is needed when there is pallet or load overhang. The offset guarding is attached to the back of the rack, and is also available with an extension system to protect materials on the racks top load beams.

Mezzanine Guard
Placed around a mezzanine perimeter, SINCO mesh protects both stored products and the em­ployees below.

Storage Security
Deter pilfering or unauthorized access to your valuable inventory with a SINCO mesh barrier. The Guard can act alone or supplement existing barriers.

Storage Partition
A simple and economical way to separate storage areas, this guard can be attached to cables between two load-bearing structural members.

Pre-Packaged Systems

Features :

• Grey nylon netting material available in either 2,500 or 4,000 foot pound capacity

• Nets are available in sizes ranging from 9'4" to 25' wide and in heights from 12' to 20'

• Nets can be joined for extended dimensions

• Nets can be rotated to fit multiple orientations

• Hardware kits come complete with all necessary components for quick and easy installation

• Available for flush or offset applications

• Vertical extensions are available

• Nets are Fire Retardant and meeet NFPA 701 standards

How To Order:
For each run of racking, choose net panels and hardware from pre-packaged kits (see tables below).

Nets

• Choose appropriate rated model (#245 or #480) based on pallet weight

• Determine the width of your net panel by adding the inside clearance of one to three bays plus the internal uprights of the area

• Determine the height of coverage required

• Choose the net panel closest to the calculated requirement, choosing one equal to or larger than your requirement

Hardware*

• Determine whether you require a Flush Mount or Offset Mount system

• The first net panel in your run requires either a Flush or Offset Mount Starter Kit

• Each additional net panel requires the appropriate Flush or Offset Mount Add-On Kit

• If your uprights require extensions, choose either the Flush or Offset Extension Starter Kit for the first net panel. Each additional panel will require an additional Add-On Kit

Example: For a rack that is 6 Bays wide, with 99" centers and 6" offsets by 10' high, containing pallets with a load of 2,500 Ibs, the racking would require the following :

• (2) Nets, Model #245 Net Part Number 4101555, 25' Wide x 12' High

• (1) Offset Mount Starter Kit, Part Number 4101506 and (1) Add-On Part Number 4101505

In this case, each net would cover 3 bays wide. Two meshes in width and approximately 12 meshes in height would be gathered on each net to create the coverage needed.

Horizontal Guards
These guards are used under or between multiple overhead conveyors or elevated work platforms and mezzanines.* SINCO suggests installing horizontal FlexGuard™ under the entire exposure. In some applications, the open perimeters may need side guards. *IMot designed to protect falling per­sonnel.

90 and 180 Degree Turns
FlexGuard can handle virtually any shape, turn or change < in elevation, including 90 and 180 degree turns. The entire system is designed to be versatile, flexible, and to adapt to any type of conveyor system regardless of the way it's sus­pended or laid out.

Liners for Retaining Small Parts
SINCO can provide small mesh liners to catch nuts, bolts, washers and other small items to 1/8 inch. Liners are nor­mally used in combination with standard FlexGuard mesh.

In this case, attach nets together with nylon ties to create the 100' length. Twelve meshes along one long side of each net would be gathered to create the coverage needed.
