Perimeter Debris Net System - Single Floor, Light Duty Net System

New from DBI/SALA : A Perimeter Debris Net System offering a complete system for rigging nets around the perimeter of new, concrete buildings. The system utilizes a single floor attachment system, allowing closer protection for the pour level.

Perimeter Net System Uses:
• To contain jobsite debris from construction activities including items at the pour level and during installation and removal of tables or forms
• To catch common items such as bricks, concrete blocks, hand tools, and general construction debris
• Provides protection to the public and adjacent properties below work areas
• Meets ANSI and OSHA standards by providing fall protection from the working surface of the floor to which it is mounted
• For continuous protection, entire system can be moved up to the next floor level as construction progresses
• Provides visibility and ventilation
• Security & safety for workers, the public, and equipment
• Saves equipment from loss, destruction, or damage
• Easily installed from one level without the use of a crane or equipment

Perimeter Net System Features :
• Starter and add-on kits include a 25' (7.5m) wide net, floor clamps, 10' (3m) arms, cables, shackles, straps and related hardware
• Nets are 10' (3m) deep by 25' (7.5m) wide with 1/8" (3.2mm) debris liner attached
• Non-destructive floor clamps are attached to concrete slabs 6" to 12" (15-30cm) thick, every 25' (7.5m)
• Nets extend 10' (3m) out from the edge of the floor on arms attached to the floor clamps, meeting standards for fall distance of up to 5' (1.5m) ie: a fall from the working surface of the floor to which it is mounted
• 4" (10cm) nylon mesh nets provided with 1/8" (3.2mm) debris liners for debris such as tools, brick, and building materials
• Materials are re-usable and easily re-rigged.

The DBI/SALA Vertical Net Debris Containment System, when properly installed, is a complete perimeter net barrier designed for use on the open floor construction areas of high-rise buildings as a guardrail and toe board system. Hung along the edge of the open floor areas, the Vertical Net System stops falling construction debris at the source.

Vertical Net Uses:
• Eliminates need for mid-rail and toe board
• Contains debris using a tight mesh
• Acts as a wind barrier

Readily accessible and easy to use, the DBI/SALA Davit Arm is a modular system that fits completely into two bags.
