Finally, a rope grab that is truly "mobile", working just as good on swelled and worn rope as on new.
|
||
| Easy Installation: Simply remove the detent pin, open the hinge and place the rope grab on the 5/8" lifeline. Then insert the detent pin back in and connect your 3 ft. EZ-STOP II shock absorbing lanyard to the rope grab and to the back D-ring of your harness. The rope grab incorporates a "gravity latch" mechanism preventing the device from being installed upside down. Easy to Use: Once the system is installed, the rope grab will travel freely up and down the lifeline hands free, eliminating manual repositioning. The worker is safely protected along the entire length of vertical lifeline. The inertia and cam locking systems are much safer than single locking systems. The shock absorbing design also results in lower arresting forces on the worker in the event of a fall. Easy to Remove, Relocate, Handle and Store: The rope grab can be attached or removed at any point on the lifeline making it very convenient and easy to use. Simply remove pin, open hinge and remove from lifeline for relocation or storage. Versatile and Economical: This lightweight system is reusable and transportable from one job site to another. The revolutionary design enables it to be used on worn or new rope without any of those nuisance lockups. Complete with compatible connection point for your lanyard, reducing the chance of roll out. |
