Or do you want to visit the North Pole in the short season between the time the sun appears above the horizon and the time the ice starts melting, cracking and exposing the deep Arctic waters? Or maybe your customers need to work outdoors in the middle of winter? If it is an extreme environment then the Baffin Extreme series is the best you can get.
The soles and base are made in a 3-phase molding process creating the remarkable GelFlex mid soles. GelFlex maintains its flexibility at very low temperatures. It provides good support and insulates the foot against the aggressive self-cleaning tread of the outsole.
The waffle insoles and our unique 8-layer inner boot system provide warmth and moisture management. They are rated to -100ºC (-148ºF)
These boots use performance materials, such as full grain Timberwolf leather and Diamond-Lite insulated nylon.

The tread is aggressive, the uppers are made with contoured Timberwolf leather giving this series a stylish, self-confident look. They have an integral midsole and a base made of a cold crack resistant and superior insulating polyurethane combined with a vulcanized rubber outsole, making them stable and yet light on the feet.
These boots feature our unique 5-layer inner boot system. We have improved on last years winning designs by adding a waffle insole that makes them suitable for temperatures as low as -60 C (-76 F).
These boots are seam-sealed and water-resistant. With strong front to back stability they are excellent for snowshoeing. They also perform well for winter hiking as well as rugged urban activities.

This series was a phenomenal seller last season. It takes Baffin's expertise in developing boots for wet and cold conditions, and combines it with a distinctive, comfortable Baffin flair. The shoes have an aggressive tread molded to a polyurethane midsole with a rubber rand bonded to the upper - that means no stitch holes. They are sturdy and waterproof. We carefully selected materials that resist water damage and allows salt stains to be wiped off easily.
They are insulated with a fixed B-Tek hollow fibre layer and covered with Thermplush that is chamois-smooth. There is a removable thermal insole. Even though they look like shoes they are warm and rated for -20°C (-4°F). Winter Solo is sized with a winter-fit last, so they can be worn with heavy socks. They come in half sizes enabling most feet to be fitted perfectly.
