FALL ARREST ANCHOR SYSTEM

SUPER ANCHOR™ Fall Arrest Anchors lead the industry in cost effective, easy to install personal fall protection tie-off points; we call them Anchors. OSHA standards require lifelines to be secured to an anchorage point capable of suppocting 5,000 lbs. and be able to sustain a 220 lb. free fall of 6 Ft Our Fall Arrest Anchors exceed those requirements, provided you install them and use them according to our specifications.

Our patented anchor design, installed along with the flashing system, provides tie-off points that are accessible for use by all trades exposed to fall hazards, from the fra ming stage up through compleTion of the prolect. In addition, anchors may be lefr in place for use by service companies. You will find Super Anchors easy to retro-fit to any existing structure.

 Super Anchors are made to last, from domestic 14 ga. Stainless Steel, and manufactured in the U.S. Standard Anchor "Comb~Packs" come with a PVC Flashing, Stem (over and Tether Strap, Fastener Kit, Warning Label, and our comprehensive 4 page Instruction Manual.

STANDARD SIZES:
Available in 2 standard sizes to fit all common wood rafters/trusses:
(Part No. 1006) ARS 2x8 for 2x4, 2x6, and 2x8; and (Part No. 1007) ARS 2x12 for 2x10 and 2x12 rafters.

CUSTOM SIZES:
In addition to our standard sizes, we custom build for attachment to Glue-Lam Beams, Wood hoists, Steel I-Beams, Bar Joists, Steel Trusses, etc. Simply fill out our Custom Anchor Worksheet for each size anchor you need, then fax us the work sheet, and we'll provide you with a custom quote and a list of distnbutors. The UNIVERSAL ANCHOR (Part No. 1009)

SAFETY BAR (Patent pending)

Part No. 1010 for 2X4 Safety Bar

  • This timesaving tool simplifies the framer's job of truss layout
  • Eliminates the need to measure each truss spacing to make sure they're set at 24" O.C.
  • Atraches to trusses or rafters with the use of 2 Stainless Steel Detent Pins.
  • In addition to the truss layout, the Safety Bar provides the worker with a temporary anchorage point for Fall Protection while laying out trusses.

MOVEABLE ARS ANCHOR
Attaches to standard framing. Simply place over rafter or truss and insert Detent Pin through bolt hole closest to the boffom of the rafter. Teko Nails may be used to stabilize the anchor during use. Great for remodeling and reroofing projects.

  1. Warning label is visible to all users before and after installation and is protected against deterioration by stem cover.
  2. Anchor installation is easily inspected from inside.
  3. If a fall occurs, the anchor will bend over and deform, making a visual inspection easy from the ground. This will warn other potential users not to use the anchor. If a fall does occur on the lob, you'll want to know about it! OSHA 1926.502(d) (19) specifies replacement of any equipment subjected to in service use.
  4. Our patented stem design reduces shock loads on both the user and the attachment point - something that rigid clamp type anchors cannot do.
