The LSP Infant/Pediatric Immobilization Board is a versatile system capable of easily immobilizing infants and children with spinal injuries, or simply in need of restraint. It will accommodate children from infant to approximately 75 pounds (34 kg).
The unique harness system, which is integral to the device, allows easy manipulation of the child for proper airway management or radiological procedures. Once the child is positioned on the immobilization board, the spine is functionally maintained in a neutrally aligned static position. The split-leg strapping design allows each leg to be immobilized and treated separately.
The nylon covering is easy to clean and disinfect, and durable enough to withstand harsh treatment either in the field or hospital. The 1/2-inch backboard made of finished Baltic birch is also easy to clean and maintain.
The LSP Infant/Pediatric Immobilization Board is totally radioparent so the child can be X-rayed while still firmly attached to the board.
The optional Drug Dosage and Patient Management Sleeve (shown) is designed to enable you to attach the Broselow™ Tape or a customized patient management system as an integral part.

The Miller Full Body Splint/Litter is a versatile spine immobilization board and litter that comes complete with a full head and body harness. This unique harness system will allow a victim to
be rotated onto his side for proper airway management or extrication without jeopardizing spinal position. An optional helmet harness allows this same critical immobilization of a helmeted victim.
When used in conjunction with the LSP Half Back, the Miller Board can be used for safe vertical lifting in normal and confined space rescue without compromising patient safety or spine immobilization.
The many unique features of the Miller Board have made this the most popular rescue and immobilization product for over 20 years.

• Rigid foam core provides both strength and buoyancy for water rescue immobilization. The board will float 250 pounds in fresh water and 300 pounds in salt water.
• Strapping system allows the rescuer to immobilize and restrain combative patients.
• Split-leg design allows for easy independent leg traction, accessibility, and compatibility with the Stokes basket litter.

LSP LIFE+LITE emergency stretchers are used for patient transport in virtually any situation. The LSP Half Back is a versatile short body immobilization board designed for suspected cervical/spinal injuries during confined space extrication (such as automobile, storage tank, ship, etc.). It comes complete with a V-shaped padded head rest, a full head harness and an optional helmet harness for helmeted victims. Both harnesses can be used with the Miller Full Body Splint/Litter for safe and effective head immobilization. The closed-cell foam interior molds to the shape of the body, providing comfort and the most effective body immobilization.
When used in conjunction with the optional LSP Vertical Lift Strap Assembly, the Half Back can be used for:

• Vertical lifting of a spinal injury victim from a confined space or on a full body backboard.
• Vertical lifting of both rescuer and victim.

The LSP Vertical Lift Strap Assembly provides for two- or three-point vertical lifting and is designed to be used in conjunction with the LSP Half Back and the Miller Full Body Splint/Litter. It meets all ANSI and military standards for vertical lifting with a 6,000 pound load capacity.

Developed by air rescue professionals, the LSP Cinch Rescue Collar is a multi-use rescue device offering security and simplicity for the victim and versatility for the rescuer.
This first-line rescue device allows victims to enter the harness from either side of the loop, with head and arms extended. Once the rescuer exerts tension to the rope, the victim's weight releases the connector and allows the collar to cinch around his chest, preventing him from slipping out in the event he becomes unconscious.
