**Trailer & Stabilizing Jacks**
Trailer Jacks "Fixed jacks may be necessary to support a semi-trailer and prevent up-ending during loading or unloading, when the trailer is not coupled to a tractor." OSHA #1910.178(k)(7) Install a pair of jacks at front of trailer against the smooth underfloor and always in front of the kingpin.
