Air Systems' innovative bottled air cart has been ergonomically designed to help prevent back injuries and facilitate mobility. The Ergo-Air Cart features on hand operation during raising or lowering of the air control panel and cylinders. No back strain is placed on the operator during pushing or pulling the cart. The basic cart design comes standard with Air Systems' unique air control panel and cart assembly. Several hose reel options are available to meet particular applications.

The patented Multi-Pak series of small bottled air carts has been designed with the user in mind. Choose from many basic designs to fit the simplest or the most complex job application. All of the small Multi-Pak carts feature fold down handles, recessed air control panels, rounded cart corners, quick release hose racks and many other unique features. Choose the pressure range and the number of fittings that you require. All carts have input and output pressure gauges. A standard 4-outlet manifold is shown above.

| The Multi-Pak series of bottled air carts is Air Systems' latest design for multiple industrial applications. The entire line of carts is designed for easier mobility and function. The large cylinder carts shown above incorporate features like protected controls, equipment storage box, narrow profile and quick release hose hangers. Pick and choose the features that best suit your job application and work environment. These carts are available with cylinder pressures from 2400 to 6000 psi. There are two versions: Pneumatic alarm and Electronic alarm: The basic Multi-Pak model has 4500 psi hardware, pneumatic low pressure whistle alarm, 4-outlet aluminum block manifold, check valves, safety relief valve, adjustable regulator with pressure gauge, four respirator couplings, and a storage box with latch. The cart is supplied with universal hand tight nuts so that either 2400 psi or 4500 psi cylinders can be used. The front of the cart has a unique quick release hose rack that will hold 200 feet of 3/8" hose; 16" pneumatic tires are standard The other model has an electronic high intensity low pressure alarm system that is enclosed in a rugged Air Systems' case. All the high pressure fittings and hardware are mounted in the case to prevent damage from dust and environmental conditons. The alarm system operates on two 9-volt batteries and comes standard with an alarm jack for remote low pressure alarm signals. |
