Each year 8 million syringe users will administer 2-3 billion injections outside traditional health care facilities. Imagine the amount of needles and syringes that are introduced to the normal waste collection process. One of HexArmor?s customers, a recycling company, is threatened daily by exposure to improperly disposed needles.
