New designed head has spring loaded latch which makes installation of wire tong safe and easy. The weight of the tool closes the latch on the conductor. The wire tong is then tightened to secure conductor into position.

Pole Mounted 3 Phase Lift Arm

• Pole mounted arm comes complete as shown for lifting a three phase circuit for crossarm and/or pole changeouts where lines are inaccessible

The Temporary Dead End Arm enables a line crew to spread conductors off an existing dead end arm to gain working clearance for reconductoring and terminating the new conductors.

• Arms ar constructed with 3" dia. fiberglass and a foam core to meet most load requirements for temporary dead ends. The fiberglass arm is electrically tested to OSHA and ASTM F-711 standards
• Load Rating - 500 lbs. per position or 1,000 lbs. total working load limit
• Arms have two bushed holes with 18" spacing to accommodate 5/8" dia. hardware bolts for dead ends. Two aluminum sleeves are installed to prevent wear on the fiberglass arm
