**Supplied Air Systems**
High Pressure (plant air)	Low Pressure (ambient air pump)
You can filter and regulate your plant air to deliver clean air to workers. Gives the worker many configurations of headgear, regulators and hoses Allows the worker to heat or cool the air by as much as 50 degrees Is regulated at 25 to 125 psi	Low pressure pumps can be used to deliver air — similar to high pressure — to the worker. The primary difference is that low pressure pumps are designed to be portable and normally run one to two workers without cooling or heating options. They are appropriate when plant air is not available. Low pressure respirators typically require 4 to 17 psi.

**Loose Fitting Headgear, L & R Series**

One of the most popular styles of positive pressure respirators is the loose fitting headgear. It combines excellent respiratory protection with limited hard hat protection with secondary eye and face protection and comfort. This style of headgear can be connected to either a powered air purifier or supplied air system. The worker enjoys additional safety benefits and increased comfort when wearing a loose fitting headgear. **Helmets, L & W Series**

The 3M Helmets are available in two different styles — the W-Series and the L-Series. The W-Series line includes a general purpose helmet or welding helmet, and an abrasive blasting helmet. These are very durable products for the toughest environments. The L-Series is the newest line of headgear. They are available in general purpose and welding. The L-Series is designed with comfort and protection in mind. Hoods, H-Series & R-Series

The 3M Hoods can be used in high or low pressure positive pressure systems. The wearer has lightweight, comfortable protection from the elements. The incoming air can be cooled by as much as 50ºF. This allows the wearer to be comfortable, safer and breathe easier. The hoods are available in Tyvek and Tychem SL. There are also two flame retardant options.
